The invention relates to an underwater inclined pile pulling-out anti-breaking pile device. The device is provided with a seamless spiral steel pipe, the seamless spiral steel pipe is provided with aplurality of groove steel plates on the inner wall of the inlet end of a pile body to be pulled, and the plurality of groove steel plates are uniformly arranged along the inner wall of the seamless spiral steel pipe; and cylindrical rollers are arranged on the position, located on the upper portions of the groove steel plates, of the inner wall of the seamless spiral steel pipe, and grooves are correspondingly formed in the front ends of the plurality of groove steel plates. The device is not only suitable for pulling out pile foundation of a water area wharf, but also is suitable for pullingout pile foundation of a land, no matter whether the pile foundation is an inclined pile or a vertical pile, the pile body can be prevented from being damaged in the pulling-out process, and the problem that an underground pile foundation obstacle is difficult to clean is effectively solved.
