The present invention provides an offshore inclined pile extraction assisting apparatus and an offshore inclined pile extraction method capable of pulling out a concrete pile that is obliquely embedded in the seabed while minimizing friction with the ground along the axial direction of the concrete pile. According to the present invention, the offshore inclined pile extraction assisting apparatus comprises: a barge; a crane with a winch drum for lifting, a boom, and a catch fork; a leader disposed at an angle; a top sheave block; a winch drum seat for indentation; a winch drum for indentation; a guide sheave for connecting the winch drum for indentation; a leader side guide sheave for indentation; a casing auger unit; a wire cable for lifting; a wire cable for indentation; an indentation casing; and an indentation casing steel pipe guide.
본 발명은 해저면에 경사지게 박힌 콘크리트 말뚝을, 콘크리트 말뚝의 축방향을 따라 지반과의 마찰을 최소화하면서 인발할 수 있는 해상 경사말뚝 인발 보조 장치 및 해상 경사말뚝 인발 공법을 제공한다.
