The invention discloses an existing building foundation pile quality detecting method. The existing building foundation pile quality detecting method comprises the steps that an excitation hole filledwith water in a cushion cap is used as a discharge space of a pulse discharge electrode, pulse discharge is performed, and the excitation force generated by the discharge does not need to pass through the cushion cap and is directly transferred to a lower pile body of a foundation pile through a water medium, and then a reflected wave pressure waveform collected by a hydrophone in the excitationhole and a reflected wave vibration waveform collected by an acceleration sensor in a waterless collection hole are used for determining whether defects exist in the pile body or not and determining the specific location, type and size of the defects through time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of the reflected wave pressure waveform and the reflected wave vibration waveform; and the hole bottoms of the excitation hole and the collection hole are the top of the foundation pile to avoid the situation that attenuation of longitudinal wave energy is excessive due to the fact that the cushioncap is too thick. The invention further discloses a detection device applying the existing building foundation pile quality detecting method. The detection method and device can accurately judge thequality of the foundation pile and have the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.
本发明公开了一种既有建筑物基桩质量检测方法,通过利用承台内注水的激振孔作为脉冲放电电极的放电空间,进行脉冲放电,放电产生的激振力无需经过承台,直接由水介质传递至基桩的下部桩身,随后利用激振孔中的水听器采集到的反射波压力波形以及无水的采集孔中加速度传感器采集到的反射波振动波形,通过对反射波压力波形、反射波振动波形的时域、频域分析,判断桩身是否存在缺陷,缺陷的具体位置、类型、大小;而且激振孔和采集孔的孔底为基桩的顶部,避免承台过厚导致纵波能量衰减过大。本发明还公开了一种应用上述既有建筑物基桩质量检测方法的检测装置。采用本发明的检测方法和检测装置,能准确判断基桩的质量,同时具有高效、低成本的优点。
