Device and method for accurately measuring sediment thickness of cast-in-situ bored pile
The invention discloses a device and a method for accurately measuring the sediment thickness of a cast-in-situ bored pile. The device comprises an upper computer and a sediment probe, wherein the sediment probe comprises a shell, a mechanical probe and a chassis; at least four first pressure sensors are uniformly distributed on a bottom surface of the chassis; a second pressure sensor, which is used for recording a real-time pressure value when entering a sediment layer to reach the bottom of the sediment layer, is arranged at an end part of the mechanical probe; an angle sensor for measuringan inclination angle of the mechanical probe is arranged on the body of the mechanical probe; the first pressure sensors, the second pressure sensor and the angle sensor are all electrically connected with the upper computer; and a counterweight device capable of being adjusted in real time is arranged on the chassis. Through the device and the method disclosed by the invention, the position of the upper surface of the sediment layer and the sediment thickness can be accurately judged, the inclination of the mechanical probe can be measured while measuring the pressure at the bottom of the chassis and the mechanical probe, a testing result can be corrected by integrating the pressure value and the inclination value, thereby obtaining an accurate sediment thickness.
