The invention discloses a closed sewage discharging device used in a building. The closed sewage discharging device comprises a sewage discharging channel arranged in a wall body in a penetrating mode, wherein supporting plates are fixedly connected to the right end of the wall body in a front-back symmetrical mode; a motor box is arranged between the supporting plates; a driving motor is fixedlyarranged in the motor box; the left end of the driving motor is in power connection with a rotating device; and the left end of the rotating device right faces the sewage discharging channel. According to the closed sewage discharging device, manual dredging of the sewage discharging channel is not needed, foreign matter is wound by rotating a connecting spring, the channel is closed during blockage, water is accumulated in the channel, high air pressure is generated, after the channel is opened and the foreign matter is taken out, sewage is rapidly discharged under the action of the high airpressure, the dredging efficiency is improved, the foreign matter on the spring is thrown out in an oscillation mode, manual cleaning is not needed, and manpower resources are saved.
