The invention discloses a suspended ceiling fastener and a suspended ceiling mechanism with the same. The suspended ceiling fastener comprises a positioning plate and a clamping plate. The upper surface of the positioning plate protrudes upwards to form two battens, namely the left batten and the right batten, and a mounting through groove is formed by the left batten and the right batten. The clamping plate comprises a horizontal plate B and a vertical plate B fixed to the horizontal plate B, one end of the horizontal plate B is inclined downwards by rotating the clamping plate, the clampingplate can be inserted into the mounting through groove, then the clamping plate is reversely rotated, the end, close to the right batten, of the horizontal plate B can make contact with the right batten, and the other end of the horizontal plate B or the end, away from the right batten, of the vertical plate B makes contact with the left batten.
