The invention discloses a high-strength cement resistor potting material and a processing technology thereof. The potting material comprises quartz sand with the particle size of 100-200 mesh, glass fiber powder with the particle size of 30-100 mesh, talcum powder with the particle size of 300 mesh and organic silicon resin. In the invention, the raw materials in the formula are mixed according toa specific proportion; the fiber structure of the glass fiber powder is flocculent, while the quartz sand is granular; after the slurry doped with the glass fiber powder is solidified, better structural strength and toughness are achieved, and the cement resistor prepared by the formula has better electrical performance in the pre-charging and discharging use environments of the resistor, specifically, 1, the cement resistor has higher pulse capacity, and after the cement resistor bears high pulse, the product failure of the resistor caused by slurry cracking is avoided; and 2, the product has better moisture resistance, can adapt to a worse use environment, can still ensure the insulation resistance and insulation voltage resistance of the product under a high-humidity condition, reducesthe risk of failure of the product due to insulation problems, and prolongs the service life of the product.
