The invention discloses a straw artificial board. The straw artificial board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-900 parts of fresh pineapple leaf straws, 30-300 partsof a composite adhesive, 0-2 parts of a mildew preventive and 1-5 parts of an adhesion promoter. The production process of the straw artificial board comprises the steps: crushing the fresh pineappleleaf straws, extruding and dehydrating, water-washing and dehydrating to extract fibers (the moisture content is not less than 15%), uniformly stirring with a quantitative adhesion promoter, uniformly stirring with a quantitative adhesive, paving a blank plate, pre-pressing the blank plate, transporting the blank plate, carrying out hot press molding, dehydrating and curing, cutting edges and sanding, and stacking and packaging a finished product. The straw artificial board has the advantages of being high in strength, fireproof, flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant, water-resistant, mould-proof, mothproof, ecological, environment-friendly, free of release of any toxic and harmful substances, easy to control in quality and the like. The novel wet-process plate making process is an original process technology, and the adopted method is characterized in that the fresh pineapple leaf straws are directly crushed and then mixed with the adhesive, and drying is not needed, so that the manufacturing cost is greatly saved.
