The invention discloses a zero-silicon artificial board and a manufacturing process thereof. The zero-silicon artificial board is prepared by mixing the following components: modified powder, modified unsaturated polyester resin, a flexibilizer, white slurry, a curing agent and a coupling agent. Wherein nano calcium carbonate is subjected to surface chemical coating modification to obtain the modified powder, and the surface of the modified powder is provided with a high polymer layer. The modified unsaturated polyester resin is obtained by modifying unsaturated polyester resin with styrene. The weight ratio of the modified powder to the modified unsaturated polyester resin to the flexibilizer is (16-30): (6-10): 1, and the white slurry, the curing agent and the coupling agent account for 3.5%-5.8% of the total weight. The crystal-free silicon plate with good gloss and light transmission and excellent impact resistance can be manufactured, the modified powder is adopted as the filler to replace aluminum powder, the stone texture is better, the source is wide, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
