A treatment method of themodified recycled coarse aggregate comprises the steps: a crushed coarse aggregate is placed in a sodium silicate solution with the concentration of 3%-7% to be soaked for 4 h-9 h, then the recycled coarse aggregate is added into a mixed solution of a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the concentration of 8%-12% and a silane emulsion with the concentration of 4%-10% to be continuously soaked for 8 h-12 h, and the effect of improving the slump loss resistance of the recycled concrete is achieved.
