The invention discloses concrete with high slump loss resistance and ultra-high performance and a preparation method thereof, and the concrete is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 27-38% of cement, 8.5-9.5% of silica fume, 39-49% of carborundum, 5.5-8% of steel fiber, 2-4% of a water reducing agent and 1-5% of a viscosity reducing and slump loss resistance agent. The viscosity-reducing slump-retaining agent is a mixture of a steady-state agent and a thiomolybdate/thiotungstate mixed dispersion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a thiomolybdate/thiotungstate mixed dispersion; (2) weighing and stirring the cement, the silica fume and the carborundum in proportion to obtain a premix; (3) mixing a water reducing agent, the thiomolybdate/thiotungstate mixed dispersion, a stabilizing agent and water in a container, and uniformly stirring to obtain a liquid mixture; and (4) pouring the liquid mixture into the premix, uniformly stirring, adding steel fibers, and continuously stirring to obtain the high-slump-loss-resistant ultra-high-performance concrete slurry. The slump and retentivity of a concrete mixture can be improved, and the viscosity of a system is reduced.
