The invention discloses ecological nano photocatalytic recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. The concrete comprises 350 to 400 parts of cement, 1400 to 1600 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 50 to 100 parts of polypropylene fibers, 20 to 60 parts of carbon fibers, 5 to 20 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3 to 8 parts of awater reducing agent and 130 to 160 parts of water. Preparation of the modified recycled coarse aggregate comprises the steps: 100 parts of a TiO2 solution with the mass concentration of 1%, 10-30 parts of diatomite, 5-10 parts of silica fume, 10-15 parts of colloidal graphite powder and 1-2 parts of a silane coupling agent are mixed to obtain an aggregate modification solution, recycled coarse aggregate raw materials are soaked in the aggregate modification solution, drained and roasted at the temperature of 170-190 DEG C, and the modified recycled coarse aggregate is obtained. Preparation of the concrete comprises the steps: preparing the modified recycled coarse aggregate; and uniformly mixing cement, redispersible latex powder and water, adding the modified recycled coarse aggregate,the polypropylene fibers and the carbon fibers, uniformly mixing, adding the water reducing agent, and uniformly mixing. All the aggregate of the concrete is modified recycled coarse aggregate, and the concrete has the characteristics of high compression resistance and high atmospheric purification.
本发明公开了一种生态型纳米光催化再生混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土技术领域。混凝土包括水泥350‑400份、改性再生粗骨料1400‑1600份、聚丙烯纤维50‑100份、碳纤维20‑60份、可再分散乳胶粉5‑20份、减水剂3‑8份、水130‑160份。改性再生粗骨料的制备:将质量浓度为1%的TiO溶液100份、硅藻土10‑30份、硅灰5‑10份、胶体石墨粉10‑15份、硅烷偶联剂1‑2份混合得骨料改性液,将再生粗骨料原料于其中浸泡,沥干,170‑190℃下焙烧即得。混凝土的制备:制备改性再生粗骨料;将水泥、可再分散乳胶粉、水混合均匀,加入改性再生粗骨料、聚丙烯纤维和碳纤维混合均匀,加入减水剂混合均匀即得。本发明的混凝土的骨料全部采用改性再生粗骨料,且混凝土同时具有高抗压、高大气净化的特点。
