The pelletizing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3%-6% of vanadium mud, 10%-20% of quick lime, 25%-35% of calcium sulphoaluminate and 40%-60% of alumina clinker. The problems of poor regeneration capacity and poor self-repairing capacity after long-time use of concrete can be solved.
