The environment-friendly waterborne epoxy floor coating is composed of the raw materials in parts by mass: 55-70 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 40-55 parts of deionized water, 30-45 parts of an epoxy curing agent, 10-15 parts of an active diluent, 0.5-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a deodorant, 2-3 parts of a dispersing agent and 7-9 parts of an additive. The preparation method comprises the steps: step 1, sampling the raw materials according to the mass parts for material preparation; and step 2, adding waterborne epoxy resin, the active diluent and the epoxy curing agent into a reaction kettle, and stirring at a speed of 450-500 r/min. The invention relates to the technical field of epoxy floor coatings. According to the environment-friendly waterborne epoxy floor coating as well as the preparation method and the constructionmethod thereof, manufacturers can conveniently control the production cost, and compared with the prior art, the deodorant is added, so that the peculiar smell of the floor coating can be further reduced through the deodorant.
