Waterborne epoxy anti-static floor bottom and middle coating and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a waterborne epoxy anti-static floor bottom and middle coating and a construction method thereof. The water-based epoxy anti-static floor bottom and middle coating is composedof a component A and a component B. The component A is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of II-generationwaterborne epoxy resin curing agent; 40-59% of water; and 0.1-1% of a dispersant; and the component B is composed of bisphenol A epoxy resin and an active diluent. The waterborne epoxy anti-static floor bottom and middle coating is characterized by further comprising conductive fibers, the conductive fibers account for 2-5% of the volume of the component A and the component B in terms of the volume ratio of the component A to the component B, and the lengthof the fibers is 5-10 mm. The construction process comprises the steps that dilute nitric acid with the concentration of 2-5% is used for flushing concrete or mortar; and the pH value is adjusted. The coating can effectively improve the continuity and the stability of overall electric conduction, and the structural strength is further improved. With application of the construction method, the bonding strength between the coating and the ground can be effectively improved.
