The invention discloses a preparation method of a bonding material for reinforced composite floors. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 6-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-2parts of emulsifier, 13-16 parts of isocyanate, 100-260 parts of acrylic emulsion, 1-3 parts of a preservative and 4-10 parts of oxalic acid, and uniformly stirring to obtain pre-emulsion; (2) mixingwater with the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (1), heating, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain a reaction liquid; and (3) adding 25-30 parts of methyl methacrylate and 1-3 parts of rosin intothe reaction liquid obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring to obtain the final bonding material. According to the bonding material for the reinforced composite floors, the adhesiveness of the reinforced composite floors can be effectively improved, and the problem that the reinforced composite floors are easy to split is solved.
本发明公开了一种强化复合地板用粘合材料的制备方法，(1)将聚乙烯醇6份～8份、乳化剂1份～2份、异氰酸酯13份～16份、丙烯酸乳液100份～260份、防腐剂1份～3份、草酸4份～10份混合，搅拌均匀，得到预乳化液；(2)将水与步骤(1)获得的预乳化液混合，升温混匀后冷却，得到反应液；(3)向步骤(2)的反应液中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份～30份、松香1份～3份，搅拌均匀后获得最终的粘合材料。本发明制作的强化复合地板用粘合材料，可以有效提高强化复合地板的粘合性，解决强化复合地板容易开叉的问题。
