The invention discloses a preparation method of a bonding material for bamboo-wood floors. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing 20-50 parts of acrylic acid butyl phenol, 30-60 parts of acrylic acid cresol, 12-20 parts of acetic acid phenol acetate, 4-8 parts of acrylic acid, 20-35 parts of methyl methacrylate cresol, 1-5 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, and 2-4 parts ofaqueous rosin resin, and uniformly stirring to obtain a pre-emulsified liquid; (2) mixing 120-160 parts of water with the pre-emulsified liquid obtained in the step (1), heating, uniformly mixing, andcooling to obtain a reaction liquid; and (3) adding 0.5-1.6 parts of a defoaming agent and 0.5-2.5 parts of a preservative into the reaction liquid obtained in the step (2), and uniformly stirring toobtain the final bonding material. According to the bonding material for the bamboo-wood floor, the adhesiveness of bamboo-wood floors can be effectively improved, and the problem that bamboo-wood floors are easy to split is solved.
