COMPOSITE GIRDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a composite girder and a manufacturing method thereof to reduce the weight of girders. According to one aspect of the present invention, the composite girder comprises: a girder member having a predetermined length; and a steel pipe member coupled to the girder member in the longitudinal direction of the girder member to prestress the girder member with tension. The steel pipe member comprises: a housing having a predetermined width in the horizontal direction and both longitudinal ends open to have an empty space therein; a concrete portion disposed to fill the empty space of the housing; and one or more pipes disposed in the empty space of the housing.

본 발명은 합성 거더 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 소정의 길이를 가지는 거더부재; 및 상기 거더부재에 인장 프리스트레싱를 부가하도록 상기 거더부재에 상기 거더부재의 길이 방향으로 상기 거더부재에 결합된 강관부재를 포함하고, 상기 강관부재는, 수평 방향으로 소정의 너비를 가지고, 길이 방향 양단이 개방되어 내부에 빈 공간을 가지는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 빈 공간을 채우도록 배치된 콘크리트부; 및 상기 하우징의 빈 공간에 배치된 하나 이상의 파이프를 포함할 수 있다.
