The invention discloses a concrete manhole cover frame casting machine. A valve plate is movably connected to a hopper body in an inserted mode, the valve plate closes a discharging opening of the hopper body, a mixing shaft is rotatably connected into the hopper body through a bearing, the axis of the mixing shaft is horizontal arranged, one end of the mixing shaft extends out of the hopper bodyand is fixedly connected with two sprocket wheels, a crank shaft and a drive motor are arranged on the outer side the hopper body, the sprocket wheels are fixed to the crank shaft and an output shaftof the drive motor respectively, and two sprocket wheels on the mixing shaft are correspondingly linked to the sprocket wheel on the crank shaft and the sprocket wheel on the drive motor through two chains. A crank connecting rod mechanism is fixedly connected to the crank shaft and rotates with the crank shaft. The free end of the crank connecting rod mechanism is hinged to the valve plate, and the crank connecting rod mechanism drives the valve plate to reciprocate on the hopper body. The concrete manhole cover frame casting machine can realize cement mixing in the hopper body and the opening and closing of the valve plate through one motor, avoids manual opening and closing of the valve plate, facilitates realizing the automation of the machinery, reduces the labor intensity of workers,and saves labor.
本发明公开了一种混凝土井盖井框浇注机，阀板活动插接在料斗体上，阀板将料斗体的下料口封闭，搅拌轴通过轴承转动连接在料斗体内，且搅拌轴的轴线水平设置，搅拌轴的一端伸出料斗体外并与两个链轮固定连接，曲柄轴和驱动电机均置于料斗体的外侧，在曲柄轴和驱动电机的输出轴上均固定一个链轮，搅拌轴上的两个链轮对应通过两个链条与曲柄轴上的链轮以及驱动电机上的链轮相联动，曲柄连杆机构固定连接在曲柄轴上并随曲柄轴一起转动，曲柄连杆机构的自由端与阀板相铰接，曲柄连杆机构驱动阀板在料斗体上作往复运动。本发明通过一个电机即可实现料斗体内的水泥搅拌以及阀板的开合，避免人工去手工开合阀板，有利于实现机械的自动化，减少工人的劳动强度，节省劳动力。
