The invention relates to a cement grinding aid which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-38 parts of sugarcane waste mash treatment liquid, 1-5 parts of polymeric polyol, 8-26parts of alcohol amine compounds, 12-18 parts of slag and 19-59 parts of water. The sugarcane waste mash treatment liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of sugarcane sugar factory alcohol waste mash, 7-10 parts of urea, 3-4 parts of sodium sulfate and 11-25 parts of water. Through the cement grinding aid, waste utilization, cheap and easy wastes in the production and processing processes of alcohol waste mash, slag and the like in a cane sugar factory are selected to replace the traditional corresponding raw materials; the cost is greatly reduced, the problems of troublesome treatment, high cost and pollution discharge of the original treatment mode of the waste mash of the alcohol in the cane sugar factory are solved, and a new place is provided forthe treatment of the slag.
