The invention discloses a cement grinding aid and a preparation method thereof. The cement grinding aid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of an alcohol aminecompound, 8-12 parts of aminoglycerol, 20-24 parts of molasses, 10-14 parts of lignin, 2-4 parts of isooctanol phosphate, 0.5-1 part of a thickening dispersant, 0.1-0.5 parts of a defoaming agent and40-50 parts of water. According to the cement grinding aid and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention, the industrial by-product glycerol is used for synthesizing amino glycerol toreplace a part of alcohol amine compounds, so that the prepared cement grinding aid shows a good grinding aid effect; industrial wastes or by-products are used as main raw materials of the cement grinding aid, so that the strength of cement at all ages is improved, and the economic cost is reduced; the isooctanol phosphate is added to play a role in assisting in grinding and dispersing, and the grinding efficiency is improved; and the preparation method is economical and practical, the economic cost of the cement grinding aid is reduced, and meanwhile, positive contributions are made to energyconservation and emission reduction.
本发明公开了一种水泥助磨剂及其制备方法,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:醇胺类化合物6~10份、氨基甘油8~12份、糖蜜20~24份、木质素10~14份、异辛醇磷酸酯2~4份、增稠分散剂0.5~1份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、水40~50份。本发明所述的一种水泥助磨剂及其制备方法,通过采用工业副产物甘油合成氨基甘油替代部分醇胺类化合物的使用,使制备得到的水泥助磨剂表现出良好的助磨效果,通过利用工业废弃物或副产品作为水泥助磨剂的主要原料,提高了水泥各龄期的强度,降低了经济成本,通过加入异辛醇磷酸酯,起到助磨分散作用,提高了粉磨效率,本发明制备方法经济实用,降低了水泥助磨剂的经济成本的同时,为节能减排做出积极贡献。
