Polymer permeable pavement material
The invention discloses a polymer permeable pavement material, which relates to the technical field of pavement materials, the material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 45 to 58 percent of base material, 1 to 6 percent of an adhesive, 2 to 8 percent of a HDI curing agent, 26 to 34 percent of cement and the balance of water, and the adhesive is prepared from a polymer emulsion, a PVA aqueous solution, SiO2 and a defoaming agent. According to the invention, the above materials cooperate with each other; high strength, the hardness and toughness are excellent;the adhesive strength of a base layer is good, the material has the advantages of no solvent formula and environmental protection, and solves the problems of poor weatherability, poor acid and alkaliresistance, low compressive strength, aging after 2-3 years of use and easy cracking of the surface of the water-permeable pavement material prepared by bonding gravels or stone grains with a cementing material and adopting an epoxy resin adhesive in the prior art.
本发明公开了一种聚合物透水路面材料,涉及路面材料技术领域,包括以下重量百分比的原料:45%~58%基料、1%~6%胶粘剂、2%~8%HDI固化剂、26%~34%水泥和余量为水,所述胶粘剂包括聚合物乳液、PVA水溶液、Si02和消泡剂。本发明,通过上述等材料之间的配合,具备了强度高,耐低温,硬度韧性优良,基层粘接力良好,且无溶剂配方,绿色环保的效果,解决了传统中用胶结料粘结碎石或石米做成透水路面材料,胶结料采用环氧树脂胶,但是这些透水路面材料的耐候性较差、耐酸碱性差、抗压强度低,投入使用2‑3年后老化,表面容易开裂的问题。
