The invention relates to the field of pavement paving, and particularly discloses a permeable pavement material paving device, comprising: a driving mechanism comprising a machine body and a positioning clamping groove located at one side of the machine body; the road pressing mechanism comprises a supporting frame assembly connected with the positioning clamping groove, a road pressing roller assembly clamped and embedded in the supporting frame assembly in a rotating mode and a height adjusting assembly clamped and embedded in the supporting frame assembly in a sliding mode; a hydraulic pushing mechanism is controlled to push a shoveling and pushing frame assembly to rotate, when the shoveling and pushing frame assembly rotates to a specified amplitude, an L-shaped push rod pushes a height adjusting assembly to move upwards, the height adjusting assembly stops after moving upwards to a specified height, and a machine body drives a road pressing roller assembly in the middle of a supporting frame assembly to roll along a road surface; when the road pressing roller assembly moves, the adjusted height adjusting assembly can adjust the thickness of concrete or asphalt, and then the road pressing roller assembly can compact the road surface.
