Novel phosphogypsum plastering mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses novel phosphogypsum plastering mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250 to300 parts of phosphogypsum; 180 to 250 parts of white cement, 150 to 250 parts of coarse whiting powder, 150 to 300 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 80 to 150 parts of silica sand, 0.5 to 3 parts ofa retarder, 2 to 15 parts of cellulose, 3 to 15 parts of redispersible latex powder, 30 to 50 parts of wood fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a slip agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of an air entraining agent and 0.5 to 5parts of starch ether; the method comprises the following steps: pretreatment; mixing and stirring; and secondary stirring. The mortar prepared by the invention has the properties of good thermal insulation property, high strength, difficulty in cracking and corrosion and the like, and the phosphogypsum in the mortar is waste phosphogypsum in phosphorite production, so that not only can waste beutilized, but also the environmental pollution can be reduced; no wastewater or waste gas is generated in the preparation process, energy consumption is low, and the production process is simple.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体公开了一种新型磷石膏抹灰砂浆,由下述重量配比的原料组成:磷石膏250‑300份,白水泥180‑250份,重钙粉150‑250份,玻化微珠150‑300份,硅砂80‑150份,缓凝剂0.5‑3份,纤维素2‑15份,可再分散乳胶粉3‑15份,木质纤维30‑50份,滑爽剂1‑5份,引气剂0.5‑3份,淀粉醚0.5‑5份;制备方法包括以下步骤:预处理;混合搅拌;二次搅拌。本发明制备的砂浆具有保温性好,强度大,不易开裂及不易腐蚀等性能,本发明中磷石膏为磷矿生产中的废料磷石膏,不仅可实现废物利用还能减轻对环境的污染;本发明制备过程中无废水废气产生,能耗低生产工艺简单。
