The invention discloses a water-free dust collection road surface joint cutting device. The device comprises a vehicle body, a cutting wheel, a cutting motor and a lifting mechanism; the outer side ofthe cutting wheel is sleeved with a dust cover, the right side of the dust cover communicates with a dust collecting cover, an integrated cover communicates with an air inducing cylinder, a blade wheel is embedded in the air inducing cylinder, and the air inducing cylinder communicates with a cyclone settling cylinder through a hose. The arrangement of the dust collecting cover, the air inducingcylinder linked with the cutting wheel and the cyclone settling cylinder makes dusts generated by cutting synchronously sucked, collected and settled; an air blowing piston barrel opposite to the dustcollecting cover is arranged, and synchronously links with the cutting wheel through a slider-crank mechanism, and dusts are blown by introducing airflow generated by external air, so that the dust collecting effect is improved, meanwhile, the cutting wheel is cooled, and the service life of the cutting wheel is guaranteed; and a corrugated cover is arranged during passing, so that the dusts areprevented from overflowing from the dust cover.
本发明公开了一种无水集尘路面切缝装置，包括车体、切割轮、切割电机和升降机构；所述切割轮外侧套设有防尘罩，防尘罩右侧连通有集尘罩，集成罩连通有引风筒，引风筒内嵌套有叶片轮，引风筒通过软管连通有旋风沉降筒。本发明通过设有集尘罩、与切割轮联动的引风筒和旋风沉降筒，对切割产生的粉尘进行同步的抽吸收集和沉降；通过设有与集尘罩相对设置的鼓风活塞筒，并通过曲柄滑块机构与切割轮同步联动，通过引入外部空气产生的气流对粉尘进行喷吹，提高粉尘收集效果，同时对切割轮进行降温，保证切割轮的使用寿命；通过时设有波纹罩，避免粉尘从防尘罩溢出。
