PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cutting dust collection device and pavement material cutting device, which can continuously suction a cutting dust generated in a pavement cutting work without interrupting the main work for forming a notch in a pavement or causing a reduction of suction force.SOLUTION: According to this invention, a blade cover 52 that covers a cutter blade 30 is a suction receiving side, while a suction source on which a suction blower is installed is a suction source side. Multiple collection chambers 54 equipped with collection elements 50 are independently disposed between the suction receiving side and the suction source side. Suctioning to the collection chambers 54 is switched by an operation of a switch body 61 that functions as a valve. Thus, while at least any one of collection chambers 54 is actuated during a work to form cut groove on a pavement, a cutting dust D collected in a collection chamber 54 that interrupts the suctioning is removed and collected from the collection element 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 舗装面に切り込みを入れる本来の作業を中断することなく、当該作業に伴い発生する切断ダストを、吸引力の低下を招くことなく継続し続けることができるようにした新規な切断ダスト捕集装置と舗装材切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、カッターブレード３０を覆うブレードカバー５２側を吸引受側とする一方、吸込みブロワが設けられる吸引発生源側を吸引源側とし、吸引受側から吸引源側の間に、捕集エレメント５０を具えた複数の捕集室５４を独立的に設け、また各捕集室５４への吸引作用は、バルブの作用を担う切換本体６１の操作により切り換え、これにより舗装面に切削溝を形成する作業中は、少なくともいずれか一つの捕集室５４に吸引作用を働かせながらも、吸引作用を中断した捕集室５４については、当該捕集室５４で捕集した切断ダストＤを捕集エレメント５０から除去・回収するようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
