The invention relates to a foundation protection construction method, in particular to a construction method for preventing a road from being emptied and sunken. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, manufacturing a non-woven bag, and manufacturing a large number of non-woven bags; 2, filling the non-woven fabric bags with sandy soil and then sealing the non-woven fabric bags to form thenon-woven fabric bag, and manufacturing a large number of non-woven fabric bags according to the non-woven fabric bags; 3, stacking the non-woven fabric bags in the hollowed-out pit hole or the sunken pit hole; 4, covering the non-woven fabric bags with soil or concrete to the road surface; and 5, finally, performing construction through adoption of a common pavement construction method. According to the completion method, the roadbed is scoured by a large amount of water, absorbed by the sandy soil in the non-woven fabric bags to disperse the scouring force of the water, and then the water in the sandy soil seeps out of the non-woven fabric bags to prevent a large amount of water on the bottom layer of the road surface from being directly scoured, prevent the foundation from being emptied or sunken and maintain the road surface safety of the road.
