Modular integrally-assembled telescopic device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a modular integrally-assembled telescopic device and a construction method thereof. A reinforcing rib plate is arranged on the lower portion of a movable toothed plate, a waterstop is arranged on the lower portion of the reinforcing rib plate, and the waterstop is connected with a waterstop connecting nut through a waterstop embedded part arranged at the end of a beam body; the bottom faces of a front fixing toothed plate and a rear fixing toothed plate are fixedly connected to the top face of a supporting box, and a multidirectional displacement system is arranged inthe supporting box; the movable toothed plate and the reinforcing rib plate are fixed to a supporting cross beam perpendicular to the movable toothed plate through connecting bolts, and the two ends of the supporting cross beam are inserted into the supporting box and are in sliding connection with the multidirectional displacement system; and a displacement spring is arranged in the supporting box and is connected with a sealing plate on the opening side of the supporting cross beam through a connecting nut. The device is assembled in a factory, concrete pouring is completed, only grouting isconducted on an installation construction site, and a concrete pouring link is omitted, so the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及模块化整体装配式伸缩装置及其施工方法,活动齿板下部设置加强肋板,加强肋板下部设置有止水带,止水带通过与梁体端部设置的止水带预埋件和止水带连接螺母连接;前固定齿板和后固定齿板底面固定连接到支撑箱顶面,支撑箱内设置有多向变位系统;活动齿板、加强肋板通过连接螺栓固定到与活动齿板垂直的支承横梁上,支承横梁两端插入支撑箱并与多向变位系统滑动连接;支撑箱内设置有位移弹簧,位移弹簧通过连接螺母与支承横梁开口侧的封板连接。本发明在工厂组装,并完成混凝土浇筑,安装施工现场仅进行灌浆,无混凝土浇筑环节,大大提高施工效率,节约施工周期。
