Construction method of cantilever casting continuous beam crossing existing railway
The invention discloses a construction method of a cantilever casting continuous beam crossing an existing railway. The method is invented mainly for solving the problem that mutual interference between construction and operation is large during existing railway crossing construction at present. A 0# block is cast in place by a steel pipe column bracket technology. After the 0# block is constructed, a hanging basket is assembled on the 0# block through a tower crane for beam section suspension casting. Straight-line section concrete is cast before hanging basket suspension casting constructionis finished. After construction of each cantilever casting section and each side span straight line section of a beam body is completed and concrete casting of a closure section is completed, the topsurface is covered with thick-layer geotextile. After side span closure is completed, temporary supports and permanent support constraints of main piers are removed, and longitudinal full-length prestressed tendons and closure tendons are tensioned and grouted; and after mid-span closure, temporary constraints in the horizontal direction of a side hole bracket and a middle fulcrum are removed, and longitudinal full-length prestressed tendons and closing the tendons are tensioned and grouted to finish system conversion. The method has the advantage that normal operation of the existing line can be guaranteed.
跨越既有铁路的悬臂浇筑连续梁施工方法涉及跨越既有铁路的悬臂浇筑连续梁施工方法。主要是为解决目前跨越既有铁路施工时施工与运营相互干扰大等问题而发明的。0#块采用钢管立柱支架法现浇完成。0#块施工完后,利用塔吊在0#块上拼装挂篮进行梁段悬浇。直线段混凝土在挂篮悬浇施工结束前浇筑。在完成梁体各悬灌段及边跨直线段施工后,合龙段混凝土注完毕后,在顶面覆盖厚层土工布。边跨合龙完成后,拆除主墩临时支座及永久支座约束,张拉及注浆纵向通长预应力束、合龙束;中跨合龙后,拆除边孔支架和中支点水平方向临时约束,张拉及注浆纵向通长预应力束、合龙束,完成体系转换。优点是能保证既有线路的正常运营。
