The invention discloses a construction method of a mountain city tunnel crossing an existing railway. The construction method comprises the following steps that under the condition that multiple layers of tunnels are overlapped, leading holes are firstly excavated, the leading holes adopt an underground excavation method, supporting piles are connected into a whole through longitudinal beams and transverse hidden beams, and the vertical load of the existing railway on the lower layer of a newly built tunnel is reduced by utilizing the bearing capacity of supporting beams of the supporting piles; structural stability and normal operation of the existing railway are ensured, and meanwhile safe production in the construction process is ensured. The construction method is advantaged in that a problem that when the distance between the newly-built subway tunnel and the existing tunnel is extremely small, construction of the newly-built subway tunnel easily affects structural stability of the existing tunnel is solved.
本发明公开了一种跨越既有铁路的山地城市隧道施工方法,在多层隧道叠加下,以导洞先行,导洞采用暗挖法,支承桩通过纵梁和横暗梁联结为一体,利用支承桩托梁的承载力,减小对新建隧道的下层的既有铁路的竖向荷载,确保既有铁路的结构稳定和正常运营,同时保证施工过程中的安全生产。本发明解决了在新建地铁隧道与既有隧道之间的间距极小时,新建地铁隧道的施工容易影响既有隧道的结构稳定的问题。
