Prograding mudflat foundation reinforcing device and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prograding mudflat foundation reinforcing device and a construction method thereof. The reinforcing device comprises hollow steel plates, hollow steel cylinders, steel strands, solid steel balls, a sand cushion layer, a vacuum device, an electro-osmosis device and a vacuum sealing film. The hollow steel plates are transversely laid, the hollow steel cylinders are arrangedat the joints of the hollow steel plates, and the hollow steel plates and the hollow steel cylinders are connected into a whole through bolts. One ends of the steel strands are connected with the solid steel balls, and the other ends of the steel strands are connected with a positive electrode of the electro-osmosis device and fixed to the middle of the hollow steel plate. The hollow steel cylinders are connected with a negative electrode of the electro-osmosis device. The sand cushion layer is arranged on the upper portions of the hollow steel plates, the vacuum device is embedded in the sand cushion layer, and the vacuum sealing film is laid at the top of the sand cushion layer. The method comprises the following steps that the solid steel balls, the hollow steel plates, the hollow steel cylinders, the sand cushion layer, the vacuum device, the electro-osmosis device and the vacuum sealing film are installed; and vacuumizing, sedimentation consolidation, electrifying, sedimentationconsolidation and vacuum consolidation are conducted. According to the prograding mudflat foundation reinforcing device and the construction method thereof, the shear strength of soil and the bearingcapacity of a foundation are improved while it is guaranteed that the sedimentation and the sedimentation difference are within a control range, and the water content is reduced.
