Construction method for disassembly of deep foundation pit concrete support beam in soft soil area
The invention provides a construction method for disassembly of a deep foundation pit concrete support beam in a soft soil area. The construction method comprises the following steps: determining a cutting position for cutting partitioning of the concrete support beam and the size of concrete blocks obtained by cutting; erecting a concrete block support reinforcing rack on a cast-in-situ structurefloor; cutting the concrete support beam; transferring the concrete blocks by a forklift in an allowable lifting coverage range of a lifting crane; checking the top load of a foundation pit and carrying safety re-check on deformation of the foundation pit; and lifting the concrete blocks by the lifting crane to lifting the concrete blocks away from the foundation pit. The forklift is used for horizontal transfer on the cellar structure floor in the foundation pit, a structure floor support system is reinforced and subjected to floor surface protection, safety re-check is mainly carried out onthe overload of a crane station and a concrete block transport route, deformation monitoring of the foundation pit is performed during assembly of the support beam to guide the construction arrangement of the disassembly of the support beam to guarantee the safety of foundation pit slopes, and the problems of disassembly construction of deep foundation pit concrete support beam and the safety ofthe foundation pit in the soft soil area are solved.
本发明提供了一种软土地区深基坑砼支撑梁拆除的施工方法,该施工方法包括如下步骤:确认砼支撑梁进行切割分块的切割位置和分割得到的砼块的大小;在现浇结构楼板上架设砼块支撑加固架体;进行砼支撑梁的切割;通过叉车将砼块输转运到起重吊车起重允许覆盖范围内;对基坑顶荷载进行验算并对基坑变形进行安全复核;采用起重吊车进行砼块的吊装以吊离基坑。本发明在基坑内地下室结构楼板上采用叉车进行水平转运,对结构楼板支撑体系进行加固和楼面保护,重点针对吊车站位和砼块运输路线的超载进行安全复核,在拆除支撑梁过程进行基坑变形监测指导支撑梁拆除的施工安排,以保证基坑边坡安全,解决软土地区深基坑砼支撑梁拆除施工及基坑安全的难题。
