Ultra-deep foundation pit combined type support replacement and disassembly construction method
The invention relates to an ultra-deep foundation pit combined type support replacement and disassembly construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a ground connecting wall,a deep foundation pit and a plurality of inner support structures supported on the ground connecting wall and located in the deep foundation pit are constructed; 2, a foundation slab structure is constructed at the bottom of the deep foundation pit, and a first force transmission member is constructed at a post-cast strip of the foundation slab structure; 3, the first inner support structure at the bottom and the corresponding construction bottom first-layer body structure are removed, a second force transfer member is constructed at a floor post-cast strip of the bottom first-layer main bodystructure, and a top support part is constructed at a ramp of the bottom first-layer; 4, an inner support structure and the corresponding main body structure of the previous layer are removed, anotherforce transmission member at the post-cast strip of the main body structure of the previous layer is constructed, and another top support part at the ramp of the previous layer is constructed; and 5,the step 4 is repeated until the main body structure at the top of the foundation pit is completed. According to the ultra-deep foundation pit combined type support replacement and disassembly construction method, the deformation of the deep foundation pit is controlled by utilizing the force transmission members arranged at the post-cast strip and the top support parts arranged at the ramp to ensure the safety of the surrounding environment.
本发明涉及一种超深基坑组合式换撑拆撑施工方法,包括如下步骤:施工地连墙、深基坑及支撑于地连墙并位于深基坑内的多道内支撑结构;于深基坑的底部施工基础底板结构,于基础底板结构的后浇带处施工第一传力构件;破除底部第一道内支撑结构并对应的施工底一层主体结构,于底一层主体结构的楼板后浇带处施工第二传力构件,于底一层的坡道处施工顶撑件;以及破除上一道内支撑结构并对应的施工上一层的主体结构,于上一层的主体结构的楼板后浇带处施工另一传力构件,于上一层的坡道处施工另一顶撑件;重复该步骤直至施工完成基坑顶部处的主体结构。本发明利用后浇带处设置的传力构件和坡道处设置的顶撑件控制深基坑的变形,确保周边环境安全。
