Piston type damper
The invention relates to a piston type damper. The piston type damper comprises a damper cavity; the piston type damper is internally provided with two movable baffles so as to form an elastic energy-consuming cavity and viscous damping cavities on the two sides; the viscous damping cavities are full of viscous liquid; a roller damping mechanism capable of rolling along the damper cavity is arranged in each viscous damping cavity; the roller damping mechanism is provided with a damping hole for the viscous liquid to pass through; the roller damping mechanism is connected with an external connecting piece through a piston rod; a plurality of telescopic communicating pipes are arranged in the elastic energy-consuming cavity; the two ends of each telescopic communicating pipe are connected with the baffles correspondingly and communicate with the viscous damping cavities on the two sides; and an energy-consuming spring is arranged on each telescopic communicating pipe in a sleeving way. Under weak vibration, the viscous liquid generates a viscous force to consume energy when forcibly passing through the damping holes and the communicating pipes; and under violent vibration, the rollerdamping mechanisms extrude the baffles so as to stimulate the energy-consuming springs to deform and enhance energy consumption.
本发明涉及一种活塞型阻尼器,包括阻尼器腔体,内设有两块可移动的挡板,形成弹性耗能腔及两侧的粘滞阻尼腔;所述粘滞阻尼腔内充满粘滞液体,所述粘滞阻尼腔内还设置能够沿所述阻尼器腔体滚动的滚筒阻尼机构,所述滚筒阻尼机构设有使粘滞液体通过的阻尼孔,所述滚筒阻尼机构通过活塞杆与外部的连接件连接;所述弹性耗能腔内设置若干可伸缩连通管,所述可伸缩连通管的两端分别与所述挡板连接,并连通两侧的粘滞阻尼腔,所述可伸缩连通管上套设耗能弹簧。在较微弱的振动下,粘滞液体被迫通过阻尼孔、连通管时产生粘滞力耗能,在较剧烈的振动下,滚筒阻尼机构挤压挡板从而激发耗能弹簧发生变形增强耗能。
