The piston head comprises an oil piston and an adjusting piece, the oil piston comprises a piston body and a protruding part, a damping valve is arranged on the piston body, and the protruding part is connected to the first end of the piston body; the adjusting part is arranged on the protruding part, a valve port is formed between the first end of the piston body and the adjusting part, the valve port communicates with the damping valve and is used for allowing hydraulic oil to flow, the side, away from the piston body, of the adjusting part is a pressed side, and the adjusting part can deform and/or move towards the piston body from the initial state according to the oil pressure borne by the pressed side so that the valve port can become small. Therefore, the size of the valve port of the piston head can be adaptively adjusted according to the weight of the door and window sash, so that the actual damping force of the damping tube can be automatically matched with the door and window sashes with different weights.
