The invention provides a combined reinforced masonry structure adopting steel tie rods to pass through longitudinal walls and pass through floor slabs and a construction method for the masonry structure. The masonry structure comprises an existing wall, an existing prefabricated floor slab and the steel tie rods; horizontal drilling is performed in the wall longitudinal direction of the existing wall; each of drilled holes is a through hole, and the steel tie rods pass through the through holes; the existing prefabricated floor slab is provided with multiple through holes; wall drilling is performed at parts, corresponding to the wall, of end parts of the existing prefabricated floor slab; the drilled holes of the wall and existing prefabricated floor slab reserved holes correspondingly communicate, and the steel tie rods pass through the through holes; and two ends of each steel tie rod are each provided with a thread, and the corresponding threads are used for fastening fitting of each steel tie rod and corresponding nuts. A technology that the steel tie rods pass through the drilled holes of the longitudinal walls and pass through floor slab reserved holes can guarantee the reinforced integrality effect of an existing masonry structure, and thoroughly solves the problems that the prefabricated floor slabs of the masonry structure fall off, the wall cracks, seismic bearing capacity is insufficient, and the like.
