The invention relates to a structure for reinforcing a masonry structure through flat steel tie rods and adopting tie bases for connection and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises the flat steel tie rods, the tie bases, tie bolts, grooves and an original structure wall. The flat steel tie rods arranged in wall surface ash grooves which cling to the horizontal position of the wall surface and at the lower side of a floor slab or a roof panel; the tie bases are formed by welding tie plates, stiffening ribs and the flat steel tie rods; phi 22 connecting holes are formed in the tie plates, and the tie plates are vertically welded with the flat steel tie rods; the stiffening ribs are vertically and centrally welded to the tie plates and the flat steel tie rods; the tie bolts are used for connecting the tie bases at the two sides of the original structure wall and are used for achieving symmetric tightening; the grooves are ash removing grooves with the size of 180 mm* 25 mm, and the grooves are operation spaces facilitating connection and tensioning between the flat steel tie rods and the tie bases; and A-type epoxy resin structural adhesive is filled into the positions between the flat steel tie rods and the wall, and antirust mortar is arranged in reserved holes and at the positions, at the outer sides of the flat steel tie rods, in the grooves.
本发明涉及一种扁钢拉杆加固砌体结构采用拉结底座连接及其施工方法,包括扁钢拉杆、拉结底座、拉结螺栓、凹槽、原结构墙体;所述的扁钢拉杆设置在楼板或屋面板下侧紧贴墙面水平位置的墙面灰槽凹槽内;所述的拉结底座由拉结板、加劲肋与扁钢拉杆焊接而成;所述的拉结板上设置有φ22的连接孔,并与扁钢拉杆垂直焊接;所述的加劲肋垂直居中焊接在拉结板和扁钢拉杆上;所述的拉结螺栓用于连接原结构墙体两侧的拉结底座,对称拉紧;所述的凹槽尺寸为180×25mm的剔灰槽,为方便扁钢拉杆及拉结底座之间的连接张拉的操作空间;扁钢拉杆与墙体之间填充有A类环氧树脂结构胶,预留孔隙内以及凹槽内扁钢拉杆外侧均设置有防锈砂浆。
