Novel limiting stopper metal spring shell structure
The invention provides a novel limiting stopper metal spring shell structure which comprises a shell body and a shell cover. The shell body is arranged above the shell cover; pressing claws are arranged on four end corners of the upper side of the shell cover; the shell body is connected with the shell cover through the pressing claws; sliding blocks are arranged on the left side and the right side in the shell body; guiding rails are arranged on the outer side surfaces of the sliding blocks and are in hollow square shapes; metal springs are arranged on the guiding rails and are connected withthe sliding blocks through the guiding rails; mouth-shaped grooves are formed in the middles of the guiding rails; and guiding mechanisms are arranged in the grooves. Through adopting the metal springs, the bounciness durability and the low temperature resistance of limiting stopper elastic elements are improved; and in addition, through arranging the guiding rails, the metal springs are prevented from shifting to cause an abnormal sound during movement, so that the service life of a limiting stopper is effectively prolonged.
本发明提供一种新型的限位器金属弹簧壳体结构,包括壳体和壳盖,壳体设置在壳盖上方,壳盖上侧四个端角都设有压爪,壳体通过压爪与壳盖连接,壳体内左右两侧都设有滑块,滑块外侧面上设有导向轨道,导向轨道为回型,导向轨道上设有金属弹簧,金属弹簧通过导向轨道与滑块连接,导向轨道中间形成口型凹槽,凹槽内设有导向机构。通过采用金属弹簧提升限位器弹性元件的反弹力耐久性能和抗低温性能,并且设置导向轨道,防止金属弹簧在运动时窜动,造成异响,有效的提高了限位器的使用寿命。
