The device comprises an assembly plate installed on a wall surface, a plurality of assembly cavities are formed in the assembly plate at equalintervals, heating wires are installed on two side walls of each assembly cavity, one ends of the heating wires are electrically connected with a photovoltaic panel, the photovoltaic panel is connected with the heating wires through a storage battery, the photovoltaic panel is installed on the top of the tunnel, expansion balls are installed in the assembly cavities, and the expansion balls communicate with the outside through a second ventilation opening. According to the device, through interaction of the structures of a first filling cavity, the expansion balls, the heating wires and the like, compressed air instantly flows into the first filling cavity, and the first filling cavity is expanded, so that pressure caused by air compression between a train and the tunnel is reduced, the phenomenon of tinnitus of passengers is avoided, and discomfort of bodies is reduced.
