The invention relates to a slidable formwork system for a cast-in-place box culvert. The slidable formwork system comprises a formwork assembly, a supporting structure and a walking mechanism. The formwork assembly comprises an inner formwork and an outer formwork; the supporting structure is connected with the side, back on to the outer formwork, of the inner formwork. The walking mechanism comprises a first walking sub-mechanism connected with the bottom of the supporting structure and a second walking sub-mechanism connected with the bottom of the outer formwork. The first walking sub-mechanism comprises a sliding rail arranged on a box culvert bottom plate during box culvert cast-in-place, a sliding shoe capable of sliding on the sliding rail, and a first height adjusting assembly connected with the sliding shoe and the bottom of the supporting structure and used for adjusting the distance between the sliding shoe and the supporting structure. The second walking sub-mechanism comprises walking wheels and a second height adjusting assembly connected with the walking wheels and the bottom of the outer formwork and used for adjusting the distance between the walking wheels and theouter formwork. Overall movement of the inner formwork, the supporting structure and the outer formwork can be achieved, repeated installation of the formworks and the supporting structure is avoided, operation is easy, the construction speed is high, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
