An integral sliding type formwork support for cast-in-place arch culvert construction comprises a supporting system, a sliding system and a traction system. When the arch ring is constructed, the full-framed fastener type steel pipe support is erected according to the clearance size of the arch culvert, and the main ridges, the secondary ridges, the formwork and the support are combined into a whole. After the first-mold arch ring is poured and the mold removal condition is met for demolding, pulleys are installed on vertical rod bases at the bottom of the mold supporting frame, chain blocks are connected to vertical rod joints on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the mold supporting frame correspondingly, the mold supporting frame synchronously slides to the next mold through the chain blocks, finally, the pulleys at the bottom are removed, a mold supporting frame system is recovered, and next-mold arch ring construction is conducted. And repeating the steps until the construction is finished. The problems of long construction period and large material loss caused by repeated erection and disassembly of a formwork support in conventional construction are solved, meanwhile, compared with a conventional hydraulic moving trolley, the hydraulic moving trolley is more economical, and the hydraulic moving trolley can be widely applied to construction of arch culvert and arch ring structures.
一种用于现浇拱涵施工的整体滑移式支模架,包含支撑系统、滑移系统、牵引系统。拱圈施工时,根据拱涵的净空尺寸搭设满堂扣件式钢管支架,将主、次楞及模板与支架联合为一体。一模拱圈浇筑完毕并达到拆模条件脱模后,在支模架底部立杆底座安装滑轮,并在支模架底部左右两侧立杆节点处各连接一个手拉葫芦,通过手拉葫芦同步将支模架滑移至下一模,最后拆除底部滑轮,恢复支模架体系进行下一模拱圈施工,如此反复,直至施工结束。本发明解决了常规施工中支模架反复搭拆所导致的施工工期长、材料损耗大的问题,同时也比常规液压移动台车更具经济性,可广泛应用于拱涵拱圈结构的施工。
