The invention relates to a prefabricated decorative blank mould for a steel pipe column. The prefabricated decorative blank mould comprises a blank mould body wrapping the steel pipe column, wherein the blank mould body comprises a plurality of semi-circular blank mould single bodies; arc openings of every two blank mould single bodies are opposite directly and detachably connected with each other; an anti-seepage structure is arranged at the joint of every two blank mould single bodies; the outer peripheral surface of the blank mould body is provided with decorative layers; the radius of theblank mould body is larger than the radius of the steel pipe column; and the top end of the blank mould body is provided with a pouring opening. According to the prefabricated decorative blank mould for the steel pipe column, through the arrangement, decorative plates and a concrete base layer are integrally formed while the concrete base layer is poured outside the steel pipe column, and the blank mould single bodies can be prefabricated in a factory and assembled into the blank mould body at a construction site, so that the blank mould body has the functions of a formwork and a decorative plate, and compared with an existing mode that a formwork is required to be dismantled to install a decorative plate after a concrete base layer is poured, the decoration efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种钢管柱用预制装饰胚模，包括包裹钢管柱的胚模本体，胚模本体包括若干半圆型的胚模单体，胚模单体的圆弧开口两两正对设置并相互可拆卸连接，两个胚模单体的连接处设置有防渗结构；胚模本体外周面设置有装饰层，胚模本体的半径大于钢管柱的半径，胚模本体顶端设置有浇注口。通过上述设置，实现在钢管柱外浇筑混凝土基层的同时使装饰板与混凝土基层一体成型，并且胚模单体可以在工厂进行预制，在施工现场组装成胚模本体，从而使胚模本体兼具模板和装饰板的功能，进而相比现有的浇筑混凝土基层后需要拆除模板安装装饰板的方式，提高了装修效率，缩短了施工周期，降低了施工成本。
