A clamping part is ingeniously embedded in an embedded part to serve as a direct stress structureof lifting, an original groove directly exposing hanging reinforcing steel bars is replaced, on the one hand, the trouble that in a manufacturing process of an original assembled type building part,soft solid embedded in the position of the groove needs to be chiseled out in a time and labor saving manner can be solved, on the other hand, compared with an existing structure, mounting between thelifting appliance and the clamping part becomes easier and portable, meanwhile, the clamping part is fixedly connected with reinforcing steel bars in a prefabricated part, the structure is quite stable and reliable, the lifting appliance and the clamping part are mounted, the lifting process is safer, and due to application of a safety bolt, an anti-falling hook and a safety limiting hole, the anti-falling function is achieved.
本发明涉及一种防脱落的装配式建筑构件及配套的吊具，通过巧妙地在所述预制件内预埋了一个卡合部件作为起吊的直接受力结构，取代了原有直接暴露吊挂钢筋的凹槽，一方面解决了原先装配式建筑构件制造过程中需要费工费时地将凹槽位置埋设的软性固体凿出的麻烦；另一方面，相较于现有的结构，本发明的吊具与卡合部件之间的安装变得更加轻松、便捷；同时，由于所述卡合部件与预制件内的钢筋固定相连，结构非常稳固可靠，吊具与安装卡合部件安装完成后起吊过程更加安全；而由于安全栓与防脱勾、安全限位孔的运用还使得本发明具备了防脱落的功能。
