The invention discloses a preparation method of honeycomb ceramic carrier powder, which comprises the following steps: premixing kaolin, talcum powder, aluminum oxide and molten silicon micropowder toprepare a mixture; stirring the mixture, deionized water and a dispersing agent at the rotating speed of 100-150 r/min to prepare uniform slurry; and spraying the slurry in a dryer at 260-300 DEG C,and performing drying to obtain powder. The powder prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is microcosmically spherical and has good flowability, so that the mud discharging smoothness is improved in the forming extrusion process, and the prepared carrier is low in thermal expansion coefficient, good in thermal shock resistance and high in percent of pass.
本发明公开一种蜂窝陶瓷载体粉料的制备方法,将高岭土、滑石粉、氧化铝、熔融硅微粉预先混合,制备成混合料;将混合料、去离子水、分散剂在100‑150r/min转速下搅拌,制备成均匀的浆料;将浆料在260‑300℃的干燥器内喷雾,干燥后得到粉料。通过本发明制备方法制得的粉料,由于微观为球体状,具有良好的流动性,在成型挤出过程中提高了出泥的流畅度,制成的载体热膨胀系数低、抗热冲击性能好、合格率提高。
