Preparation method of barium zirconate-based electrolyte film
The invention discloses a preparation method of a barium zirconate-based electrolyte film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a BZY electrolyte powder precursor through a liquid phase method; (2) preparing electrolyte suspension slurry from the electrolyte powder precursor; (3) preparing BZY powder containing a sintering aid by a liquid phase method; (4) taking theBZY powder and NiO powder as anode components, and preparing a porous asymmetric anode green body by using a phase conversion method; (5) pre-sintering the anode green body to obtain a pre-sintered substrate; and (6) spraying the electrolyte suspension slurry on the pre-sintered substrate, and putting the pre-sintered substrate into a muffle furnace for heating and sintering to obtain the anode-supported BZY electrolyte film. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the sintering temperature of the BZY electrolyte film is greatly reduced, the energy consumption during preparation is reduced, the energy is effectively saved, and the industrial production is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种锆酸钡基电解质薄膜的制备方法。包括:(1)通过液相法制备BZY电解质粉体前驱体;(2)将电解质粉体前驱体制成电解质悬浮浆料;(3)通过液相法制备含助烧剂的BZY粉体;(4)以BZY粉体和NiO粉体作为阳极组分,用相转换法制备多孔非对称的阳极生坯;(5)将阳极生坯预烧结得到预烧衬底;(6)将电解质悬浮浆料喷涂在预烧衬底上,放入马弗炉中升温烧结,获得阳极支撑的BZY电解质薄膜。本发明的方法大大降低了BZY电解质薄膜的烧结温度,降低了制备时的能量消耗,有效节约能源,便于工业生产。
