The invention relates to barium zirconate spherical particles and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing barium hydroxide octahydrate and zirconium oxychloride octahydrate according to a molar ratio of 1: 1, and mixing to obtain a mixture; dissolving the mixture in deionized water according to the barium ion concentration of 0.1-0.5 mol/L, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution I; adding sodium hydroxide into the mixed solution I according to the sodium hydroxide concentration of 0.5-3 mol/L, and stirring to prepare a mixed solution II; loading the mixed solution II into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, placing the hydrothermal reaction kettle into a constant-temperature drying box, keeping the temperature at 170-200 DEG C for 3-12 hours, naturally cooling, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing and drying to obtain the barium zirconate spherical particles. The method is simple in process, short in period, high in raw material utilization rate, low in cost and free of high-temperature calcination treatment, the prepared product is uniform in particle size distribution, large in particle specific surface area and good in dispersity, the phase composition is a pure phase, and the method is suitable for preparing the barium zirconate ceramic with a compact structure.
本发明涉及一种锆酸钡球形颗粒及其制备方法。其技术方案是:按八水氢氧化钡∶八水氧氯化锆的摩尔比为1∶1配料,混合,即得混合物;再按钡离子浓度为0.1~0.5mol/L,将混合物溶解于去离子水中,搅拌,制得混合溶液I。按氢氧化钠浓度为0.5~3mol/L,向混合溶液I中加入氢氧化钠,搅拌,制得混合溶液II;将混合溶液Ⅱ装入水热反应釜中,再将水热反应釜置于恒温干燥箱中,在170~200℃条件下保温3~12小时,自然冷却,固液分离,洗涤,干燥,制得锆酸钡球形颗粒。本发明工艺简单、周期短、原料利用率高、成本低和无需经过高温煅烧处理,所制制品粒径分布均匀、颗粒比表面积大、分散性良好和物相组成为纯相,适用于制备结构致密的锆酸钡陶瓷。
