According to the invention, rare earth dysprosium ion doped potassium sodium niobate-based ceramic is used, a ceramic green body is prepared through a solid phase method, then sintering molding is carried out, and the white light transparent ceramic with the transmittance reaching 56.81% (900 nm) is obtained. The method is simple in process step, good in repeatability, easy to operate and capable of obtaining the transparent potassium-sodium niobate-based ceramic for the white light LED, and the density of the transparent potassium-sodium niobate-based ceramic is high.
本发明公开了一种白光LED用镝掺杂的铌酸钾钠基透明陶瓷及其制备方法,其化学通式为0.005Dy‑(KNaNbO)‑xBa(ScNb)O,其中,x=2‑10mol%。本发明用稀土镝离子掺杂铌酸钾钠基陶瓷,通过固相法制备陶瓷生坯,然后烧结成型,得到透过率达56.81%(900nm)的白光透明陶瓷。本发明工艺步骤简单,重复性好,易于操作,能得到致密度较高的白光LED用透明铌酸钾钠基陶瓷。
