The invention discloses potassium-sodium niobate-based leadless piezoelectric ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The formula of the potassium-sodium niobate-based leadless piezoelectric ceramic is (0.97-x)K<0.48>Na<0.52>NbO<3>-0.03(Bi<0.5>Na<0.35>Li<0.15>)ZrO<3>-xAgSbO<3>, wherein x is equal to 0, 0.01, 0.015, 0.02, 0.025, 0.03 and 0.04. The preparation method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing the raw materials of K2CO3, Na2CO3, Nb2O5, Sb2O3, Bi2O3, ZrO2, Li2CO3 and Ag2O according to a stoichiometric ratio, conducting mixing with ethanol, carrying out ball milling, conducting drying after ball milling, calcining the raw materials at the temperature of 870 DEG C, carrying out secondary ball milling, drying, granulating and tabletting, discharging glue, and sintering a sample at the temperature of 1080 DEG C.; and after the surface of the ceramic is coated with silver paste, performing planned treatment to obtain the novel piezoelectric ceramic. According to the invention, Sb<3+> and Ag<+> are doped into crystal lattices of an original 0.97K<0.48>Na<0.52>NbO<3>-0.03(Bi<0.5>Na<0.35>Li<0.15>)ZrO3 system, and a sintering schedule is improved, so that multiphase coexistence in the ceramic at room temperature is realized, and the novel piezoelectric ceramic is prepared. Tests show that the piezoelectric ceramic of the system has excellent piezoelectric properties of d33 equal to 168 pC/N and [epsilon]r equal to 4500.
本发明公开了一种铌酸钾基无铅压电陶瓷及其制备方法,这种铌酸钾钠基无铅压电陶瓷的配方为:(0.97‑x)K0.48Na0.52NbO3‑0.03(Bi0.5Na0.35Li0.15)ZrO3‑xAgSbO3,其中x=0,0.01,0.015,0.02,0.025,0.03,0.04。制备方法是将K2CO3,Na2CO3,Nb2O5,Sb2O3,Bi2O3,ZrO2,Li2CO3,Ag2O这几种原料按化学计量比准确称量后与乙醇混合进行球磨,经球磨烘干后,对原料进行煅烧,煅烧温度为870℃,然后再经过二次球磨、烘干、造粒、压片、排胶操作后,将样品置于1080℃下烧结。陶瓷表面披覆银浆后,对其进行计划处理即得到此新型压电陶瓷。本发明将Sb3+、Ag+掺杂到原0.97K0.48Na0.52NbO3‑0.03(Bi0.5Na0.35Li0.15)ZrO3体系晶格中,并且改进了烧结制度,实现陶瓷内部室温下的多相共存,制备了该种新型压电陶瓷。经测试,该体系压电陶瓷实现d33=168 pC/N,εr=4500的优异压电性能。
