The invention discloses a test device for simulating an engineering effect of blowing filling coral reef sand. A model box is divided into two functional areas of a blowing filling area and a materialstorage area through a partition plate, during the experiment, a mixture of the coral reef sand and seawater is blown and filled to the blowing filling area from the material storage area through using a blowing filling device, and the two functional areas do not interfere with each other during the process, so that an operator can control a blowing filling process conveniently; a discharge pipeof a discharge mechanism is rotationally installed on a base, the operator can adjust a discharge angle to observe the uneven distribution effect of the coral reef sand under hydraulic separation, combined with the measurement results of a soil pressure gauge, a film sensor and a micro-deformation measurement system, the test device can predict and analyze the uneven distribution rule and settlement deformation characteristics of the coral reef sand, and the test device is used in the technical field of blowing filling tests.
