The invention discloses an anti-erosion treatment method for a coral reef sand filling foundation, and relates to the technical field of foundation erosion resistance. The anti-erosion treatment method comprises the following steps that an artificial island foundation is filled, and a film bag sand cofferdam is arranged on a reef level of a coral reef; a coral sand leveling layer is laid in an area defined by the film bag sand cofferdam, and a geotechnical cloth layer is laid on the leveling layer; and a coral reef sand filling layer is filled at the top of the film bag sand and geotechnical cloth layer, namely an artificial island foundation is filled in a range enclosed by the film bag sand cofferdam. The geotextile layer is additionally arranged in the process that the coral reef ground is filled with the coral reef sand in a blowing mode to fill the artificial island, foundation settlement and collapse caused by loss of fine particles in the coral sand foundation can be effectively prevented, and formation of underground freshwater bodies of the island reef can be promoted; the method is of great significance in guaranteeing good engineering stability of the island reef and promoting underground fresh water conservation of the island reef.
